Terms, Conditions & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Who can use the app

Byndle is available from age 16+ on iOS (App Store) and 18+ on Android (Google Play). You must not create an account or use the service if you do not meet the applicable minimum age. If we reasonably determine that an account does not meet it, we may suspend or delete it.

Your account

• You need a valid email and a password.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You can view and disconnect linked devices inside the app.
• You can delete your account anytime from Account → Settings → Delete Account.

What is allowed

• Create lists, reviews, and share your reading activity.
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Share cards you generate are yours to share outside the app.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, discrimination, or harming others.
• Any sexual content involving minors.
• Gore or extreme graphic violence.
• Spam, bots, scraping, or identity impersonation.
• Posting copyrighted content without permission.
• Trying to hack, modify, or decompile the app.

Your content (UGC)

You retain rights to what you publish. By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license limited to hosting, reproducing, and displaying that content to operate and promote Byndle's features. The license ends when you delete the content or account, except for temporary backups, legal obligations, or irreversibly anonymized content.

About Share Cards

Share Cards are generated locally on your device. They include the book cover, title, author, your rating, and a small Byndle watermark. You decide if you share them outside the app.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use the Byndle app on your own device. The app, brand, design, and code remain our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the app or any part of it without our permission.

Moderation

• You can report users or content from inside the app and contact support if you spot a problem.
• We may remove content that breaks these rules.
• We may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that break these rules.
• We may contact authorities where minors are at risk.

Advertising and money

The app is free. We do not show ads. We do not sell data.

Limitation of liability

Byndle is provided as is and may be temporarily unavailable. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Each user is responsible for content they publish, without affecting our legal obligations to review or remove content where required.
