Child Safety

Byndle is a social reading app. We take child protection seriously and prohibit any content or behavior that puts minors at risk.

Age and availability

Byndle is available from age 16+ on iOS (App Store) and 18+ on Android (Google Play). People who do not meet the applicable minimum age must not create an account or use the service.

Safety standards

• No sexual content involving minors (real or simulated).
• No harassment, grooming, or solicitation of minors.
• No threats, hate, or violence directed at minors.
• No requesting or sharing minors’ personal data without verifiable guardian consent.
• No posting images of minors that are sexualized or exploitative.

Reporting

You can report users, reviews, lists, or images directly in the app. You can also email our safety team: support@byndleapp.com .

We review reports as promptly as possible and may take actions including account suspension or removal and, when appropriate, contacting relevant authorities.

Moderation and limitations

We manually review reports received through the app and manage moderation through our internal tools. We do not monitor communications in real time or verify identities. Moderation is mainly reactive.

• Content removal and warnings.
• Account suspension or termination.
• Blocking for repeat violations.
• Contacting authorities where legally required or if a child is at risk.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child protection laws and cooperate with authorities when necessary. We do not sell data or show personalized advertising.
